Enterprise Terms

These Enterprise Terms apply to business, team, organization, custom, managed, enterprise, and negotiated arrangements with Cory's Entities, unless a signed written agreement states otherwise.
1. Organization Accounts
Administrators may manage users, access, settings, billing, security configurations, integrations, and organizational content. Users associated with an organization may be subject to administrator controls.
2. Order Forms
Enterprise purchases may be governed by order forms, statements of work, invoices, quotes, or written amendments. If there is a conflict, a signed written agreement controls for that customer only.
3. Seats and Usage
Access may be limited by seats, usage, storage, API calls, credits, features, teams, environments, or other limits. Excess usage may require additional fees or restrictions.
4. Security and Compliance
Enterprise customers are responsible for configuring access controls, user permissions, integrations, SSO, data exports, retention settings, and compliance obligations applicable to their business.
5. Customer Data
Customer data will be processed according to applicable agreements, the Privacy Policy, and any executed Data Processing Addendum. Customer is responsible for ensuring lawful submission and use of data.
6. Support
Support, service levels, onboarding, implementation, migration, custom features, or professional services are provided only if expressly stated in writing.
7. Suspension
We may suspend access to protect security, prevent abuse, comply with law, avoid material risk, address nonpayment, or enforce agreements.
